She Didn't Love His Nuts

ShamWow and Slap Chop pitchman Vince Offer a.k.a. Vince Shlomi, was arrested and charged with felony battery for assaulting a prostitute over the weekend.

Perhaps Vince slapped away one too many times.  One thing is certain, the prostitute clearly did not "love his nuts".

You would think that such a convincing man as Vince wouldn't have to pathetically resort to paying hookers in the first place. I guess he can sell you some junk you don't need with ease, but has trouble convincing a woman to go out on a legitimate date.

Just Don't Let It Hurt

Pat Buchanan thinks Bernanke's monetary policy and Obama's economic plan are simply more heroin for the masses, who cannot fathom pain- even when necessary for long term gain:

"[O]ne senses that we are doing again exactly what we have done before in this generation. Rather than endure the pain and accept the sacrifices to cure us of our addiction, we are going back to the heroin. And this time, with Dr. Bernanke handling the needle, we may just overdose."

Good And Bad At The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame

Saturday's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductions feature some good things- Metallica, Little Anthony & the Imperials, and Jeff Beck.  I have nothing against Run DMC, but to consider them "rock" is another stretch by the Hall of Fame.

Further, when you consider the "bad", and by that I mean the fact that Rush and KISS have still not been inducted, the Run DMC induction is simply not justified.

One day the RRHOF will have to explain why they have screwed Rush and KISS for so many years.

Amazon's Top Indie Albums Of All Time

Amazon has compiled a list of the top 100 Indie albums of all time.  I have to confess that I am not familiar with the first three, but I am a fan of number 4, Liz Phair's 1993 breakthrough "Exile in Guyville".

The omission of albums by pivotal artists has some a little concerned.
